A fine mature wine made from selected vineyards of white varieties such as Xynisteri, Sultanina and Palomino Fino. This a delicate, light and elegant dry wine, with aromas of almonds and baked apples, refreshing in the mouthfeel with just the right balance of acidity, extract and alcohol. It is tasty and dry, showing certain saltiness at the finish.
